Dex build ranger (Strimtom's Dark Hunter) question about dodge vs weapon finesse. Newbie to DDO here, forgive a possibly stupid question - But I don't understand why Dodge (and later mobility) is preferred over Weapon Finesse. Wouldn't the +4 Dex bonus to melee attack (from Weapon Finesse and 18 Dex) be more helpful than the Dodge bonus?

Combine that with great spells like sound burst, as well as awesome healing spells, and you have a match made in heaven. This character doesn't have much AOE DPS, but it makes up for that with very high single target dps. A fun build that will work from level 3-30.

Inquis is somewhat awkward to level from level 1 as most inquis builds use a mix of ranger, rogue and artificer levels. You can do shadar kai rogue 10/ranger 6/artificer 4 easily. If you have aasimar scourge though, i advise you to use it to get ranger levels first since its +2 to ranged damage per ranger past life.
