I have a couple of the Tactical Development baseplates that match the WC grip module. The TD WC 365XL base plates have been totally reliable. The Wilson grip is going to be much less abrasive on the skin when carried IWB without an undershirt. The sides of the grips are grippy enough without being abrasive at all.

Well, the Wilson Combat grip module for the P365 is a bit wider and has a longer beavertail than the factory standard grip module (seen mated with XL top end below), both of which I find advantageous; YMMV. I made a mistake in the video and said it was for an XL. That's not correct.This Wilson combat is a bitter fatter in the palm area, which nice for me because it just melts right in there. The texture is fantastic too. The original p365 grip is a bit too sandpapery for me, not M&P shield level of sandpaper pain, but enough to make it annoying sometimes. This is more stippled style.
