Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer, Black Swan LUX
Dr. Emilia Tantar is Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer at Black Swan LUX. She is also The Luxembourg Head of Delegation and President of the National Mirror Committee in AI Standardization. She holds a PhD in Computer Science, from the University of Lille 1 Science and Technology.
She previously held the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer position at INCERT G.I.E. and led the Artificial Intelligence efforts of PwC Luxembourg as Senior Manager.
Dr. Tantar has over 20 years of experience delivering AI to the business market as researcher and strategic consultant. She has also authored more than 20 journal papers and scientific articles, collaborating with entities such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).
Dr. Tantar is also co-chair of the European Commission Digital SME Alliance Focus Group on AI. The alliance is the largest network of ICT small and medium enterprises in Europe, representing more than 45,000 digital SMEs across the EU.
