Suhaila is a manager at the Engineering Operations and Infrastructure Department in the Telecommunications Sector in the UAE and an Ambassador for the National ID. She represented the UAE in a simulation program for the Arab Youth Parliament in Jordan in cooperation with the League of Arab States, and the UNESCO Forum for NGOs in Saudi Arabia. Internationally, she participated in the Aqdar World Summit in Moscow, which included youth seminars in cooperation with the MOFAIC
