Khaled was born in the UAE in 1984 and has been serving in the UAE Armed Forces since 1999 as a team leader and lecturer, in addition to providing social and psychological support for national service. He holds a PhD. and MA from the University of Sharjah in Applied Sociology, majoring in crime and criminal justice, and a bachelor degree in Islamic Studies from the College of Islamic and Arab Studies, with many published scientific types of research.
