Asma Al Balooshi

Asma Ali Al Balooshi is a Foresight Analyst at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. She worked before as a political research officer at the Ministry of Defence. Holder of a master’s degree in Security and Strategic Studies from the American University in the Emirates, she is a graduate of the Youth Leadership Qualification Program for Shaping the Future in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Al Balooshi represented the youth of the UAE in the Youth Debates in Jordan 2022. She is a member of the Professional Forestry Association - USA, a certified trainer for many training programs in the field of foreseeing the future, and a lecturer in the Professional Diploma program for foreseeing the future at the GDRFA in Dubai.

She is a researcher and writer, an activist in the field of voluntary work, and a winner of the Institutional Leadership Award.
