Azza El Hayek is a co-founder and partner of SkillLab. SkillLab provides equal opportunities for all people by connecting people, jobs, and education. Currently, she is responsible for partnerships in the MENA and GCC regions. Azza's passion is to empower women, youth, and marginalized job seekers to turn their skills into careers.

Before founding SkillLab, Azza worked as Information Management Specialist at UNFAO. There, she played a considerable role in leveraging and optimizing information management to effectively respond to humanitarian crises and produce modules for user-centered easy visualization of progress toward the three dimensions of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030) — economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion, and comparison of performance across countries or regions.
