Chaimae El Mahdaoui is a researcher, entrepreneur, and social innovator with a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Pathology, specializing in cytogenetic and molecular abnormalities in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). As a Global Scholar at City of Hope Alumni, she is passionate about scientific research and leveraging innovation for social change. 

In 2019, she received the First Innovation Prize in the Arab World from the Qatar Foundation, recognizing her pioneering work in healthcare innovation. She has launched projects merging health and travel, reflecting her multidisciplinary vision for global impact. 

Beyond research, Chaimae is the Marketing and Partnership Manager at Enactus Morocco and a social innovation consultant, designing sustainable solutions for community needs. She actively mentors youth programs, guiding future innovators and entrepreneurs.
