Dr. Jana works with teachers and schools across the UAE and the MENA region, teaching Educational Psychology at university level. She is a corporate trainer and a Program Ambassador for Mental Health at Elgorithm, an NGO that provides MENA schools with access to mental health programs. She is a content creator in Arabic, focusing on education and psychology topics.

Dr. Jana has a Ph.D. in Educational leadership (USA, 2016) with 17-years of experience in education. She is a lecturer of Educational Psychology for teachers enrolled for a Teaching Diploma. She is also a trainer for school and university girls at Sajaya, UAE.
