Dr. Mohamed Azzam
Assistant Secretary-General, Arab Council for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development
Dr. Mohamed Azzam is a specialist in digital transformation and social responsibility. He co-founded the Digital Culture Committee within the Supreme Council of Culture and was subsequently appointed as a member.
He has delivered numerous public lectures and participated in conferences across the Middle East and North Africa, most notably the Seamless North Africa Conference (Cairo, September 2024), where he discussed the role of civil society organizations in achieving a cashless society and supporting green finance.
He also oversaw the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) in Egypt to promote digital skills and community-based entrepreneurship.
