Dr . Sally Mabrouk

ICESCO Representative

Dr. Sally Mabrouk has served as the Director of the Director General's Cabinet at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) since September 2020. Prior to that, she worked at the UAE Central Bank as an organizational development consultant from November 2013 to September 2020. She also has extensive experience in higher education and leadership development, having worked at institutions such as Abu Dhabi University and the Higher Institute of Technology.
She began her academic journey by earning a Master's degree in Francophone Literature and later obtained a PhD in Literature and Civilization from Cairo University and Sorbonne Nouvelle University. Dr. Mabrouk is fully proficient in Arabic, French, and English.
