Erifili Gounari is a 23-year-old social media specialist, entrepreneur, and Forbes 30 under 30 Greece honoree.

She is the Founder and CEO of The Z Link, the first Gen Z-led social media agency helping brands reach this generation of digital natives. Its aim is to bridge the gap between businesses and Gen Z, by optimizing their social media strategies to communicate with them. They have worked with brands such as Hearst, Deloitte, the United Nations, and more. The Z Link also runs a large Gen Z community with over 18,000 members, called the Gen Z Club. Erifili is also the Head of Social Media at SafetyWing.
