Fatima AlMarzooq

Founder and CEO, Herra

Fatima Adel Aqeel AlMarzooqi is a young Emirati entrepreneur and professional passionate about sustainability and innovation. She is the founder and CEO of Herra, an environmental startup that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic and has since expanded to local and international platforms. She has participated in global and regional summits, including COP28, where she shared insights on sustainability and climate action. 

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Fatima serves as an Assistant Branch Manager at Emirates NBD, where she oversees multiple communication channels and teams, working to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. 

She holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Zayed University, Dubai. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is also learning Korean and Turkish.
