Financial Officer of the Dubai Youth Council

Khalifa Ali bin Humaidan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance. He joined courses that added to the theoretical skills gained from academic studies. He is currently preparing a Ph.D. thesis on harnessing artificial intelligence in public safety.

He is currently the head of the budget department at the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, where he uses the latest smart systems and programs in his operations, in addition to assigning him the tasks of the Director of the Finance Department during different periods, to supervise the work of four departments within the Directorate and train employees to apply the “comprehensive employee” concept.

Khalifa is proficient in breeding and training camels and participating in local and international races, in addition to his various community contributions, volunteer work, and support for charity projects.
