H.E. Leyla Fazleeva

Deputy Prime Minister, Republic of Tatarstan

H.E. Leyla Fazleeva, born on 29 May 1975 in the village of Kant (Kyrgyzstan), graduated with honors from Kazan State University (Faculty of Philology) in 1997, and from the Russian Academy of Justice in Jurisprudence in 2012. In 2023 she completed the Executive Master in Public Management at RANEPA. She holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and is an Associate Professor in General Pedagogy and the History of Pedagogy and Education. She served as Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the City of Kazan (2011–2014) and Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (2014–2018), and since 2018 has served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
