Moza Al Hanai manages the specialized research and strategy for youth service at the Arab Youth Center (AYC). These researches and studies contribute to supporting the programs and initiatives of the AYC.

Moza, as part of the strategy and research management team, assists in achieving the AYC’s strategy through knowledge products, such as opinion polls, observatory, research, and reports.

She graduated from the UAEU with majors in political science and mass communication, and gained experience through her work as a researcher and political analyst before joining the AYC. Moza also contributes to the management of some of the AYC’s projects, such as the training podcast and the Gulf Youth Forum. In the past nine years, she has been able to become a professional in event management, media support, and the implementation of various research and studies.
