Noura Abu Al-Saud
CEO of Education for Employment Foundation - Egypt
Recognized by the Top 50 Women Forum as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt for 2021, Noura Abu Al-Saud is an educator and youth empowerment professional. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt), an Egyptian affiliate of the EFE network of nonprofits, which create public-private partnerships with employers to provide technical and soft skills training to unemployed and underprivileged youth.
Noura has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of education, training, and social development within multinational institutions and NGOs.
She is a member of the Vocational & Educational Training Board of the German-Arab Chamber of Industries and Commerce (AHK) and a founding member of the Women Entrepreneurship Network (WEN).
Noura holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the American University in Cairo (AUC). She is a business skills mentor, certified corporate director, and a Women’s Rights Expert registered with the Afro-Asian Union.
