Qais Al Maqrashi is the CEO of a youth foundation, specializing in designing, managing, and implementing youth knowledge development programs and social investment projects.

The foundation offers its programs in the areas of youth capacity building, youth centers, educational camps, entrepreneurship and innovation, and educational programs.

It also received a lot of awards at the local and international levels, the most important of which are: the Sultan Qaboos Award for Voluntary Work, the Youth Excellence Award, the Arab Creativity Award, and the Voluntary and Humanitarian Initiatives Award.
