Roudha Bin Baher

The First Female in HVAC-R Competition

Roudha Ibrahim Ali Bin Baher represented the UAE in the Ship for World Youth (SWY 31) program, which was organized by the Japanese Government in 2019. In the same year, she represented her country as a judge and expert at World Skills Kazan, Russia, in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (HVAC). At World Skills Asia 2018, she was a judge and expert in HVAC, and she was the first female in the world to compete in HVAC-R category at the same competition in the edition hosted by Abu Dhabi 2017.

Now, she owns her first freelancing business called (Roudha Bin Baher Refrigeration), providing technical training services in HVAC-R.

She was selected as an Honor Member of Eurovent ME Association in 2018 and honored by the Climate Control Magazine for outstanding performance in HVAC field in 2017.
