Willie Maritz’s passion and involvement in people development started in 1994 when, fresh out of university, he started doing leadership development for children.

After completing a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Development, he enjoyed a corporate career where his last position was as Group Organizational Development Manager for a global mining group.

In 2003 he founded Kalleo Learning, focusing initially on Online Learning. The venture grew to become Kalleo People Group, a leading people solutions provider across Africa and the Middle East. He has since sold Kalleo People Group and he is now building two new ventures: NoMoreCourses.com and Wing.Studio. The latter is an ambitious project to help solve the global youth unemployment crisis.
