Fatma Al Jassim

Fatma Al Jassim is the first Emirati woman to be internationally certified in the accessibility for the People of Determination and to participate in the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Global Disability Summit. She is also the first Emirati woman certified in American disability labor law. After launching the first voluntary initiative on the Art of Dealing with People of Determination, Fatma won the UAE Pioneer Award. She worked as the youngest Advisory Council Member for the National Strategy for Empowering People of Determination, the Advisory Board Member in My Community... A City for Everyone”, and Dubai Youth Council Member.

She participated in “New Kuwait 2035” policy and won the Most Influential Leader with a Disability in the region. She is the founder of “NYUAD People of Determination Support Program”, and “People of Determination Educational Support Training Program”.

Fatma is currently a voluntary consultant in empowering people of determination.
