Huda Dahroug serves as the Advisor to the Minister for Digital Community Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. She is also an expert in sustainable development and strategic management and a member of the Presidential Advisory Council for Community Development.
With over twenty years of experience, Huda has managed numerous projects that contributed to achieving Global Development Goals and implementing national strategic initiatives, particularly those targeting marginalized groups, such as the national initiative to eliminate street children. She played a key role in advancing the "Egypt 2030" strategy and oversaw socio-economic development policies using ICT. Additionally, she managed strategic planning, international cooperation, and partnerships among government bodies, international organizations, private sector companies, and civil society groups.
Huda holds an MBA from Paris Sorbonne University, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University, and several certificates in ICT Applications, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.
