H.E. Timur Suleymanov, born on 4 January 1987 in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan, Russia), graduated with honors from Kazan State University (Faculty of Economics) in 2009, having studied at the University of Granada (Spain) in 2006–2007. He served as Director of the Selet Youth Foundation of Tatarstan (2014–2018), First Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs (2018–2021), and Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (2022–2023). Since 2023 he has served as Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
