The Saudi Digital Library (SDL)

The Saudi Digital Library was established to provide advanced cognitive services, which include the provision of various information sources and making it available to faculty members, researchers and students in both higher studies and bachelor degrees stages in Saudi universities, higher education institutions and affiliates of the Ministry of Education.

The Library provides a single umbrella for all Saudi universities, through which it negotiates with publishers to obtain more benefits and rights to global publishers.

The Library is the largest gathering of digital information resources in the Arab World, with more than 680,000 digital books in full texts, 174 international and Arab databases for millions of academic articles, besides more than 7 million university theses and 7 million multimedia materials in various minors, obtained through contracts with more than 300 global publishers.
