Technical Education Expert at the Arab Labor Organization
Professor Ali Al-Hamdi is a technical adviser to the Minister of Vocational Training and Employment, he holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Sorbonne, Paris.
Professor Ali has published more than 30 studies in Arabic and French on human resources, globalization and economic knowledge. Professor Ali held many senior positions including managing director for the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work which is the subsidiary of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment.
He is also a certified expert at the Arab Center for Human Resources Development (Tripoli / Libya), in addition to other Arab centers as the Arab Labor Organization.
