H.E. Mr. Lahcen is the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Management Training of the Kingdom of Morocco. Dr. Daoudi took over many vital positions throughout his professional life, among which, he was the head of Economics Department in the city of “Fez” in Morocco in the period from 1992 to 1994, then the head of Economics Department, Faculty of Law in the city of “Sala Al Jadida” in the period from 2000 to 2002. In the period between 1997 and 1999 H.E. was the Deputy Director in charge of the social work in the ”Entraide Nationale” .
