Mmadi Kapachia has always been fascinated by education and the dissemination of knowledge. He started his career as a French language teacher in a primary school.

After that, Kapachia reorientated his educational career and served as the Head of Department of Elementary Education Ministry of National Education, Research, Culture and Arts. During that period, Kapachia served at the UNICEF Focal Point Ministry of National Education, Research, and Culture & Arts and was in charge of Youth and Sports. Furthermore, he was a national consultant to the monitoring and evaluation of the program of animations with the Groups of Listening.

Kapachia has attended and participated in a great number of conferences, workshops and events. He also participated as a speaker and influencer in many local and international events and seminars.
