Aziza Osman is a board member at Jusoor, an international NGO that provides education and development opportunities for youth. Here, she launched the Career Development Program, empowering marginalized migrant youth to join the workplace and integrate with their communities around the world.
Aziza also recently launched the first co-working space for mothers in Dubai, resolving the dilemma mothers face when considering their return to work but are not yet ready to part with their young children. Prior to consulting, Aziza was Marketing Intelligence and Strategy Analyst at Philips Middle East.
