A military doctor and a media personality, Dr. Ali earned his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in Ireland in 1997. He is a Fellow of Harvard Medical School and holds several post-graduate degrees from the UK including DDsc (Diploma in Dermatological Sciences), MSc (Masters in Dermatological Sciences) and MD (Doctor of Medicine).
Dr. Ali was a specialist in the field of Phototherapy for skin diseases at the University of Wales, UK, where he was admitted to the medical field until he received the consultancy degree in 2010. He has a long history in health-related media where he started his media career with a show on Dubai TV in 2005 which continued until 2013, and later returning in 2018 with a program called (Sehatok) through “new media”.
He is also a certified lecturer that has lectured in several fields including health, administration, scientific experiments, as well as recent developments in the scientific field and its future. He is currently Director General of the Dubai Police Health Centre at the General Command of the Dubai Police and holds the rank of Brigadier General.
