David Ramos is the Senior Manager in Corporate Sustainability for HSBC Bank Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. He has more than 14 years of experience in the broad sustainability subject, having worked in consultancy companies linked to sectors such as chemical and manufacturing, and also working closely with the public administration and governmental bodies. He has also worked in a complex supply chain environment in an apparel and fashion leading multinational in Spain, where he initiated their sustainability programme.
David has worked in the Middle East financial sector for more than four years, where he leads the Sustainable Supply Chain proposition and internal operational sustainability, oversees all the compliance-related matters, and supports the team in employee engagement and internal communications.
He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Cordoba (Spain), a Master’s degree in International Environmental Sciences from the LUND University (Sweden), and a Master in Occupational Health Prevention by SGS.
