Counselor Dr. Ali Humaid Bin Khatem is the Advocate General, Head of Naturalization and Residency Prosecution, and Head of the Judicial Scrutiny Unit at the Technical Bureau of the Attorney General in Dubai. He is also an associate instructor and lecturer at Dubai Judicial Institute and Institute of Training and Judicial Studies
He has contributed to the development of international judicial conventions including the Judicial Cooperation Convention in the field of Criminal Matters with the UK and Australia, and has spearheaded the development of Dubai’s judicial strategic plan.
Dr. Bin Khatem holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law, a Master's degree in Public Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Law, and has contributed greatly to the implementation of many judicial initiatives as well as local and federal laws.
