Professor at the Higher Institute of Education and Continuous Training, University of Tunis;
Dr. Najoua holds PhD in Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Tunis. She is the head of “Assessment in Education” project, Research Unit of “Education, Cognition, Technologies and Didactic (ECOTIDI), Virtual University of Tunis. She is also a member of the International Society of University Pedagogy, Tunisia. Dr. Najoua is a member of the Association for the Development of Assessment Methodologies in Education, Europe. She was the main author of Arab Knowledge reports (2015 and 2016). She is a member of Central Team of the Global Knowledge Index (under the umbrella of the Knowledge Project of the UNDP and MBRF.
Prof. Najoua has numerous contributions as an educational expert at regional and international organizations, including: UNESCO, ALECSO, and the Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD).
