Fadia Al Taweel’s media career started in Riyadh, where she joined Saudi TV Channel (KSA). She was diagnosed with breast cancer at an early stage in her career, but this did not stop her from having a positive and ambitious attitude, which led to her nomination as the best candidate to host ‘The Kingdom This Morning’.
Fadia was later appointed as a Field Reporter on MBC with Nicole Tannoury. During her time with MBC, she was recognized by former U.S. First Lady, Laura Bush, as the Bravest Arab Woman, for her fight against cancer. Al Taweel is also a main pillar of MBC’s morning show “Sabah Al Khair Ya Arab”, one of the most viewed TV shows in the region.
During her career, Fadia was awarded an Honorary Shield by HRH Princess Al Jowahra bint Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, HRH Princess Hessa bint Shaalan, and HRH Princess Noura bint Mohamad.
