Faten Saliba is the founder of Success & Co, a startup that aims to empower Arab youth by providing them with technical guidance and tools to achieve their goals.
She is a visiting assistant professor at the Lebanese American University and an honorary research fellow at the University of Manchester. Her research area focuses on policy evaluation related to the labor market, development and environmental issues. Her current work focuses on technology and job destruction, happiness and labor productivity, and youth unemployment in the MENA region.
Faten has earned two certificates of leadership from Harvard University and Leadership Management International in addition to her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester. She has more than 5 years of work experience in international organizations such as the International Labor Organization in Geneva, the International Monetary Fund in Washington and Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia in Beirut.
