HE Dr. Khalid Berjaoui is the Minister of Youth and Sports in Morocco and previously was Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training. He earned a Ph.D. in law and a diploma from the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law. He also holds a diploma from The Hague Academy of International Law.
He previously served as Dean of Souissi Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Rabat, where he was President of the branch of Private Law. He heads the UNESCO Chair on Women’s rights, and was president of the Center of Doctoral Studies in Souissi Faculty of Law. Dr. Berjaoui is in charge of the Specialized Master in Judicial and Legal Careers, Law and the Judicial Practice. He was Director of the Center for Studies and Research on Judicial and Legal Careers.
He is expert consultant working for governmental and nongovernmental organizations, nationally and internationally, and he worked as legal advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines. Berjaoui has conducted many studies in the legal and social fields. He is an active member of various national and international social associations.
