Jillian Demello (Jill) has 20 years of HR experience, working with multinationals including PwC, Cigna, and Pfizer. She has a diverse background in HR, having built and led functions such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning and Development (L&D), and Compensation. Jill has delivered complex HR transformation programs and led HR teams as a Business Partner and Strategic Advisor.
While at PwC, she established the Strategic Workforce Planning function for the Middle East, introducing workforce analytics and skills-based talent strategies. In this role, she led global, cross-functional teams to deliver internal projects, including an engagement for the Tax Line of Service, which gained global recognition within the firm. The outcomes of this work served as the foundation for a three-year People Strategy, including an aligned L&D strategy.
