Laurent has developed a unique knowledge in proposing holistic ecosystem policies to reinforce the overall dimensions of country or regional innovation framework such as access to finance and skills. Laurent led successfully many EU projects. Within the last 15 years of his professional experience he concentrated on the management of large international projects related to the following sectors: Growth, Innovation, Sustainability, New technologies, Business Environment, Labour market and Access to finance
