Ludmila is the founder and Managing Partner of HPL Yamalova & Plewka DMCC, actively managing and practicing since 2009. She is a U.S. qualified attorney, licensed by the State Bar of California. Ludmila has 21 years of legal and business experience, nine of which were in the Silicon Valley.
Ludmila is a general practice lawyer, representing clients across a diverse portfolio of practice areas and industries. Among other things, Ludmila represents clients in corporate advisory matters. Ludmila has substantial experience in dispute resolution, having litigated cases in the United States and the U.A.E. in Courts and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Ludmila’s native languages are Russian and Ukrainian. She is also fluent in English. She loves spending time with her family, and traveling the world. She is an avid snow skier, paddle-boarder, swimmer and scuba diver. She also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
