Melissa Saoudy is the founder of The Why Impact Consulting, a mission-oriented consulting practice that helps public and private sector clients in the GCC achieve purpose-driven outcomes.
Melissa is a sociologist turned consultant with 15 years of experience in various fields, including health, social services, the environment, government policies, and the digital industries. Recently recognized by NBC Washington as a "Global Woman Making Leadership Strides," Melissa is currently pursuing a Master of Social Innovation degree at the University of Cambridge.
Melissa worked for almost a decade at EY, where she specialized in Public Sector Transformation Management Consulting. During this time, she focused on sector strategy, organizational and transformation plans, government and public policies, and interventions to address sustainable innovation ecosystems, population well-being, livability, health systems, social issues, environmental challenges, and government approaches.
