Mhairi Main Garcia is a practising lawyer, a partner in the energy and infrastructure team of international law firm Dentons and Vice-chair of the board of the Clean Energy Business Council. She advises sponsors, lenders, contractors and public sector clients in numerous jurisdictions across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Mhairi has a passion for renewables and clean energy, focusing on corporate and commercial aspects of renewables projects, including solar (PV and CSP), wind and waste-to-energy. She is also an advisor on conventional power, water, wastewater and district cooling projects. Some of Mhairi's recent experience includes advising on the Ibri 2 solar PV project in Oman, the DEWA phase IV CSP independent power project in Dubai, the Shams Ma’an PV Fujeij Wind independent power projects in Jordan and the Kabd waste-to-energy project in Kuwait.
Mhairi is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York and a solicitor in England and Wales.
