HE Muna Saeed Al Kindi is Secretary General of the “Arab Reading Challenge” initiative. She is also General Coordinator of the "A Reading Nation" initiative”, Director of the Strategic Contact Centre in the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and a member of the Dubai Council for the Future of Humanitarian Action.
In 2015, Muna took over the role of General Secretariat of the largest knowledge and cultural initiative of its kind in the Arab World launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with the aim of instilling a love for reading and learning among children and students in the Arab world. Over 4 years since the launch of the challenge, 14 Arab countries have officially participated out of the 49 participating countries around the world.
Muna started her career in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, UAE in 2008.
