As CSR Manager for Europe North at Cisco Systems, Rik Bleeker is responsible for implementing Corporate Social Responsibility policies, focusing on digital entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and ICT training. Cisco's flagship program, the Cisco Networking Academy, equips over 4.7 million students and job seekers annually across the 190 countries in which it operates.
Rik has represented Cisco on several international projects, including the 2030 EU Vision on Skills for Smart Industrial Specialization and Digital Transformation.
Before joining Cisco in 2016, Rik built his experience in various leadership roles, including as the Director of the Amsterdam Knowledge Network Foundation and General Manager of External Affairs at the Amsterdam Economic Board.
Rik holds an MA in Organizational Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and a BS in Human Resources from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
