Sarah Shaw is a strategist and change expert who works as a Senior Advisor for Partnerships of COP28. She led the formation of climate education in COP28 by establishment of Green Education Hub and co-led the UAE government engagement within the event.
She headed the STRATEGY SECTION at the Dubai Executive Office, where she co-developed and led the re-launch of Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) with new strategy, programming, and partnerships.
Between 2014 and 2017, Sarah served as a Program Manager and Strategic Planner at the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), forming the Innovation Strategy for Education in collaboration with various government and private sector stakeholders. She also represented ADEK in the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi meetings with senior leaders.
Holder of Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of International Hospitality Management, she has spent the last 18 years supporting the development of strategies for organizations.
