Dr. Najoua Fezzaa EP Ghriss holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Tunis, in collaboration with the Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). She is Director of Programs and Projects at the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (RCQE-UNESCO). Previously, she taught at the Higher Institute of Education and Continuous Training, University of Tunis, where she led the “Assessment in Education” project.
She co-authored the Arab Knowledge Reports (2011, 2014), served as Lead Author of the Arab Knowledge Index (2015, 2016), and has been a core team member of the Global Knowledge Index since 2017. She also sits on the Scientific Committee for the Arab Model for Quality and Excellence in Education.
As a consultant and trainer, she has worked with UNESCO, UNDP, ALECSO, France Éducation International, the Arab Council for Childhood and Development, and DVV International. Her expertise covers sustainable development, educational evaluation and assessment, quality of education, comparative research, and educational indicators.
