Executive Director of Learning Enablement and Effectiveness Sector, Gov Academy
Amna Al Mahri is the Executive Director of the Learning Enablement and Effectiveness Sector at Gov Academy, where she focuses on strengthening the learning and development ecosystem, enhancing talent, and ensuring the effectiveness of initiatives designed to meet the needs of Abu Dhabi Government Entities.
Previously, she served as the Director of the Financial Knowledge Center at the Department of Finance, where she led various programs, including the Future Financial Leaders Program, Tamkeen Program, Graduate Development Program, and the first Hackathon Initiative for Abu Dhabi Government. She has also served as a Board Member at the Emirates Association of Accountants and Auditors.
Amna is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Northampton and holds certifications in Accountancy and Finance. She also earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Abu Dhabi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Zayed University.
