Anne Hale Miglarese is Founder and CEO of Radiant Earth Foundation, a non-profit organization which focuses on empowering organizations and individuals around the world with open machine learning with regards to Earth’s imagery, to address the world’s most critical challenges.
She has worked for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, where she directed remote sensing and GIS programs for over a decade, and for several South Carolina agencies including the Department of Health and Environmental Control, the Water Resources Commission and the Department of Natural Resources.
Anne is the founding chairperson of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee, and currently serves on the boards of Waggoner Engineering, Saildrone, and the NOAA Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing.
