International Development and Governance Specialist
Ayman Alkharabsheh is a civil engineer in the Engineering Management Department. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Engineering and Science and an international diploma in management and leadership. His expertise spans international development, governance, and capacity building, with more than five years of experience in programme management and institutional reform for government entities and international organizations across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
He has led and delivered regional programs in capacity building and institutional development, youth and women’s empowerment, civic engagement, and countering extremism, in partnership with international donors. He believes sustainable change begins with strong institutions grounded in transparency and accountability, and with empowering individuals to participate in decision-making. He is driven to turn ideas into measurable impact that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
