Bas Puts is a pragmatic and determined leader with a strong focus on Learning & Development. He is currently the Global Head of Learning & Skill Architecture at Siemens AG in Munich, where he leads the Learning & Growth department within the People & Organization division. His team creates meaningful and inspirational learning experiences, ensuring Siemens employees remain relevant and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.
Previously, Bas was the Head of the Global Learning Campus for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 2018 to 2022. His career at Siemens began in the Netherlands in 1995, where he held roles as a job grading specialist and HR Manager.
Bas holds an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Maastricht. Known for his enthusiasm and positive energy, he values authenticity, belonging, and personal growth, inspiring others with his leadership and sense of humor.
