Charbel Chbeir is a leading corporate and technology lawyer in Lebanon, specializing in cybersecurity, ICT regulation, and corporate governance. He heads the Corporate and Cyber Law Department at his Beirut-based law firm and is widely regarded as a key reference on legal frameworks that enable digital transformation and effective corporate regulation.
He serves as Rapporteur of the ICT Committee at the Beirut Bar Association, where he plays a central role in shaping Lebanon’s digital legal landscape. He is also a member of parliamentary committees responsible for drafting the E-Transactions Law and establishing the One-Stop Shop E-Commercial Registry, both pillars of Lebanon’s digital economy agenda.
