General Manager – Global Leadership and Learning Innovation, MTN Group
Charl Cuyler has worked at MTN for 23 years, taking on various management roles in MTN SA and currently the Group HR function. His experience spans from organizational development and talent management, to leadership and executive development, culture transformation and building future ready talent, leaders and organizational cultures. He also served as a member of the MTN Eswatini board for two years.
Currently, he leads the Center of Excellence for Global Leadership & Learning Innovation as General Manager located within the Group HR function. This Global COE provides L&D strategic direction, policies and frameworks together with strategic L&D solutions and services, empowering the MTN Connectivity, Fintech and Infraco platform businesses across 14 countries with the right mindsets, knowledge and skills required for a modern connected life.
He has a Hons degree in business management and a master’s degree in industrial psychology (cum laude).
